Events

Discover learning and development opportunities for employers and employees.

It's important for employers and employees to make sure they have the knowledge and understanding to take action against mental health stigma and discrimination.

Here you can find details of our open access learning programme of webinars and masterclasses alongside our regular Discover See Me in Work sessions, which explain how employers can benefit from our free-to-access workplace resources, and peer learning network events for employers and workplace anti-stigma champions. We will also add recorded sessions and key learning from events so you don’t miss out if you can’t attend.

Our See Me in Work webinars and masterclasses are delivered in partnership with employers, people with experience of mental health problems and specialist partners on a variety of topics like how to gain leadership buy-in, how to implement reasonable adjustments for mental health-related conditions, or how to normalise conversations about mental health in the workplace.

Discover See Me in Work sessions, are short 30 minute information sessions, which explain how employers can benefit from our free-to-access workplace resources.

The See Me in Work Peer Learning Network meets quarterly and offers a safe facilitated space for employers actively engaging with See Me in Work to share their challenges and good practice around what works in tackling mental health stigma and discrimination in the workplace.

The Workplace Anti-stigma Champions Network currently meets every 6 weeks and is open to any individuals working in Scotland that are passionate about tackling mental health stigma and discrimination in their place of work, whether they have a formal role or are just keen to take action.

The National Learning Network for Employers meets online quarterly and is chaired by Scottish Government, and facilitated in partnership by Scottish Government, Public Health Scotland and See Me. The Network was set up following the launch of the Supporting Mentally Healthy Workplaces Employer Platform, to ensure employers have the support they need to help promote mentally healthy workplaces.
