This interactive workshop will showcase the need for comfort when having meaningful conversations about our mental health and wellbeing.
Use words to help make talking about the tough stuff more comfortable.
Bring along any books, song lyrics, poems, or stories that may help you express your feelings and experiences.
This is a free event. Contact the theatre box office in person or on 1721 724777 to book your spot.
Community event in Anstruther
Where: The Waid Academy community campus, St Andrews Road, Anstruther, KY10 3GY

Everyone is welcome to attend this event. The organisers are promoting this event within the school community and the surrounding area in the local community of Anstruther.
Forres Walk a Mile
Where: Orchard Road Car Park, Forres, IV36 1PJ

Time: 10am - 2pm
Moray Wellbeing Hub is organising a Walk a Mile.
Folk will meet at the carpark on Orchard Road and take a walk round Sanquhar Pond.
Walk a Mile brings people together to speak about mental health and 'walk a mile in each other’s shoes'.

Podcast: A cuppa and chat at Rutherglen Exchange
