Chapters library

You can go through chapters in any order and if you need to leave the session before it is completed, you can save it and resume at a later time. At the end of each chapter you will be asked a few simple questions.

We are extremely keen to find out how useful the programme is so when you have completed all chapters, please fill out the post training questionnaire which should take less than 5 minutes.

    By working through this chapter you will learn more about your rights when disclosing and the benefits of being open about your mental health.

  • Chapter 5 - Team issues

    By working through this chapter you will learn more about looking out for colleagues and why it is important to be supportive. 

  • Chapter 6 – Returning to work: Reasonable adjustments

    By working through this chapter you will learn more about supporting a colleague returning to work, reasonable adjustments and legal obligations of an employer.
