Step 4 - Review and Continue

Once the 1-year improvement plan has come to an end the organisation repeats the organisational profile, self assessment and the See Me in Work staff survey, See Me produces a report of the findings to identify improvements and progress made. 

See Me discusses the results with the organisation, as it was done in stage 2, and co-produce a new improvement plan to improve different areas.

Step 4 checklist

  • Share your success by showcasing achievements and best practice case studies.

  • Continue to improve practice.

  • Learn from your experience and develop plans for next key actions you wish to take.

  • You may want to review business or customer service activity, contractor or supply chain practice.

  • You may want to review contractor and supply chain practice and improve supply chain codes of practice.
