'see me' was delighted to attend and speak at the launches of To The World - an anthology of poetry, prose and artwork. The project was funded by 'see me' as a local contribution to the Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival and it enabled new partnerships to be developed between 'see me', Orkney Minds and The George Mackay Brown Fellowship.
The project involved writing workshops with guest and local tutors followed by the creation and printing of this high-quality booklet.
Both launches were powerful and well attended, and included readings from a range of people, with lived-experience of mental illness and without, as well as showings of the DVD 'Sound of Mind' by Orkney Minds (also funded by 'see me').
