 In August this year it was announced that the Scottish Government together with Comic Relief would invest £4.5 million in a three year anti-stigma and discrimination national programme. Building on the legacy of the See Me campaign, SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) and Mental Health Foundation (MHF) will deliver an innovative programme of awareness raising and local and national activities that challenge the discrimination associated with mental ill-health.

Scottish Mental Health Week 2013

This year the Scottish Mental Health Week runs from Monday 7th of October to Sunday 13th of October. ‘see me’s campaigning will focus on asking people to listen to those close to them who may be experiencing mental ill-health, and taking the mystery out of offering support to someone with a mental health problem.
