To be successful, ‘see me’ needs to be a growing movement of people who are willing to take a stand and tackle the stigma and discrimination of mental ill-health.

There are lots of ways people and groups can support ‘see me’, but one really visible way is by signing up to support the campaign and work with us.

If you sign up as an individual to support ‘see me’, your name will eventually appear on our site (watch this space!).

You can sign up as an organisation by signing the ‘see me’ Pledge, or just take part in local action and send us your photos!

Someone who decided to show his support for ‘see me’ recently was comedian, writer and political activist, Mark Thomas.  He was happy to wear a ‘see me’ T-shirt during his appearance at the Festival of Politics in the Scottish Parliament.  Click here to see photos.
