2.1 how will you measure and evaluate if you have achieved your objectives i.e. questionnaires, surveys, evaluations, record number of people attending, seeing or participating in activities and/or programmes. 2.2 who will measure and evaluate if you have achieved them i.e. other colleagues, groups, agencies, programmes, researcher. |

3.1 how achievable are your objectives i.e. what opportunities and challenges exist that can help or hinder. 3.2 what actions, people and resources are required to maximise the opportunities and over come the challenges to make objectives achievable. |
| 4.Realistic |
4.1 are the short term and long-term objectives realistic, possible and positive. It may be that you will not know if the long-term objectives are possible until you achieve your short-term objectives. |
| 5.Time-set |
5.1 set reasonable time-frames for how long the programme will run and list all activities providing a deadline for each. |
