In the times that we are now living in, you can cause a lot of harm by having negative views and discriminating against someone with mental challenges. Don’t write someone off because they don’t fit your views of so called “normality” – be there for them! (Jamila Brown, Glasgow)
The information in the ‘Factsheets’ section can be useful for informing your own work, and also for spreading the message to others. The factsheets are thoroughly researched and present important information in an easy to read format. Consider circulating factsheets to workplaces, schools, health boards or any place that may benefit from knowing a bit more about certain diagnosis, or perhaps to encourage others to take part in the work of ‘see me’.
