What also matters a lot to ‘see me’ is whether or not we are really making a difference to the lives and experiences of people with lived experience of mental ill-health, whether directly or a someone who provides care and support.
In order to gather feedback from people with lived experience we have a number of equally valuable and complementary mechanisms:
